Noto’s Classic Italian Cellar Selections
Please keep in mind that when ordering classic vintage wines you are not going to taste the typical flavor profiles. These vintages may not have bright colors and fresh fruit. The older wines will be more amber in color, and separate fruit flavor components will not be separate, rather totally integrated with tannins that are so soft, they are barely perceptible. It is one thing to read about history, yet another to taste it! Enjoy the experience!
